Date: We will restart the arrangements for the conference. Republic of Moldova has entered the prevention phase with schools and university closed as well as limited permitted cross border travel. This implies the country’s inability to host the conference under no circumstance. Having said the above, at this stage, the best plan of action would be to see how the situation evolves and not mark any days in the calendar. I want to reassure everyone that as soon as the situation calms down, we will restart the arrangements for the conference.
